Day 2 of Madrid

I had such a full day and I got all of my sightseeing done today by 10:45am!

I ate breakfast at the Plaza de Independencia in front of La Puerta de Alcala.  Croissant, coffee, and 2 bottles of water for $13 US dollars. Crazy.

Next stop....Salamanca!  Then classes start bright and early tomorrow at 8am for an assessment of my level of Spanish proficiency.
